The Registrar's Office has the overall
responsibility for initiating and maintaining the permanent
academic record of each student and for [he registration of all students.
Granting
finance for routine work and Infrastructural development ,maintaining record of
the faculty & academic staff in coordinating the time
schedule for classes including the assignment of
classroom space; maintaining accurate records of all the courses and curriculum
requirements;
planning for and supervising all pre-registration and regisfration for classes.
Responsibilities
include preparation and printing of all registration material and forms for
each registration period; certifying and providing counseling
, Providing benefits and eligibility for various
scholarships and loans; initiation and maintenance of all student academic
records including the collection of grades, reporting of grades,
preparation of grade reports and transcripts, deficiency reports, preparation
of merit lists, probation status reports, class ranking,
matters related to Affiliation with foreign Universities, faculty load and
enrollment reports ,guiding the campus
departments, all financial and administrative affairs of the Institute etc. The dynamic department also caters to
solve and resolve all the conflicts ,queries and problems of the
fresh entrants as well as senior students.
